We started the window 28 minutes into a 92-minute episode on purpose, because that is how you actually use this on a podcast — you know roughly where the good part is. The top-scored clip opens with "10 seconds before going live, Lorne Michaels put his hand on my shoulder and asked: are you sure this is what you want?" and scored 89. Note that this is the opposite of what the same scorer did on our YouTube run, where it ranked the real opening hook last. Same model, same settings, different material: treat the score as a ranking heuristic for the window you gave it, not as a promise.
